The lift was easy to install in my shoe, and has helped correct some of the trouble I was having due to my left leg being a bit shorter than my right. In general, I'm pleased with it and will probably order an addition set or two.

My Dr said to wear these to help with leg, foot and lower back pain. I didn’t believe it would help but why not try?These lifts have made a huge impact on my health!! They are easy to work up to proper size.The adhesive is just enough to keep them in place but still easy to move to a different shoe. They add the perfect amount of support so my foot doesn’t ache.I’m surprised the quality is so great and yet the price is so low.The pain on my left side has improved dramatically! I bought a few more so I can have them in all my often worn shoes.I share one with a friend and she called the next day to say how improved her back felt.

Just what I needed

I’ve always ordered my shoe lifts from Amazon. These, however, were wider than ones I previously received. I had to cut off the sides, which was not easy. Also, it was harder to peel a layer off to get correct height.

Bought these because I started walking every day and had pain in one knee. I knew one leg was slightly shorter than the other, so I figured I'd give these a try. Works great! I would recommend these.
