These pantaloons are perfect and just what I was looking for. I shall be using them as a petticoat and pyjama bottoms. They are roomy. I am size 22 and these fit. I am very pleased with these pantaloons. If they were available in black and white I would buy them too!

You can transform a thin dress or a dress that is slightly too short with a petticoat, but these are next level. I originally got these for a costume but have used them under a variety of dresses and skirts. They look like a petticoat but also prevent thigh chafing! I can wear a skirt or dress with theses and climb a tree, cycle, climb ladders all without embarrassment. They also pull double duty as pj trousers. The fabric is a bit opaque but I use them as well as other undergarments or as a petticoat so this is not an issue. Bonus they are made of cotton and so are breathable and non irritating to my delicate areas and skin.

Arrived promptly and well packed. Nice material, soft to the skin. The lace trim (three styles) were nicely done. The fit was perfect based on the suppliers sizing. They are quite long, (the length is clearly stated) and so probably are best suited to some reasonably tall. I am 5’ 11” and they come to approximately mid-calf. Since they will be mostly worn with floor length dresses/skirts this should not be an issue.I have never worn a garment like this before but am absolutely delighted with this addition to my wardrobe - it feels wonderful - and quite exciting- to wear.

Perfect! Wore them as victorian bloomers for the Rochester Dickens festival and shall wear them now for all my Victorian reenactment. quick delivery and lovely item.

They seem reasonable quality, and they’re very pretty if you like that kind of thing, but two things to be aware of:1. The feel is crisp cotton rather than soft2. They’re pretty long. I’m petite, but I think even if my legs were 6 inches longer, I’d still prefer them a bit shorter. If you have 32 inch inseam, the ruffles will come about 1/3rd the way down your lower leg, covering your calf. I guess that’s more consistent with Victoriana, but I prefer a length which allows the shape of the calf to be seen (or alternatively fully floor length, but just covering the calf is an awkward length IMO, makes my lower legs look shapeless)

was so pleased when I was asked to review these bloomers, pantaloons, Victorian PJ bottoms. I've always wanted to wear this sort of thing.They are very pretty, 100% Victorian cotton. Victorian cotton is quite thin and slightly see through and doesn't have any stretch. You can of course wear pants under them if you want to.The fit is perfect, elasticated waist. They are about 3 inches below the knee on me and I am 5'5.5.They have 3 layers of cotton lace on the bottom of each leg.I absolutely love them and think they are well worth the money.If this review was helpful please leave a tick in the box. These were ordered for my wife for a bit of fun but we are impressed with the quality of the product. They seems to be extremely well made and finished with three different types of lace layered around the bottom edge. They were very creased when delivered but ironed easily. Time will tell how easy the lace edges iron after washing. I thought I had ordered on the big side as much clothing on line seems to come out small but there is plenty of elasticity in the waist so getting the correct size should not be an issue.
