I just purchased this lavender spray and it is wonderful! I spray it on my bed sheets and pillows before I turn in and out like a light I go!!!! I also spray it on my dog's bedding. It is not overpowering, just enough sent for a relaxing night sleep. I am also using the Lovely Lavender body oil which is a really nice added addition to my night time routine. Do not hesitate to try, you will not be disappointed!!!!
