Good quality
Just finished it. I LOVE THIS BOOK. The story is amazing. But this should be a review on the quality of the book itself. I was surprised by the good quality of this one. I often order from Wordsworth classics and the way they send the books is very unprotected and they tend to arrive with a little dent or a scratch. THIS ONE came very neat, no scratches or bumps. In the picture I put a film on it to protect it since I am going to store it or lend it to a friend and I want to protect it and it may look weird because of my wrapping abilities, but it really arrived in good conditions.

Good Value, But Not the Original 1818 Edition
The book is fine for the price and serves its purpose, but just be aware that this isn’t the unabridged 1818 edition. If you’re buying it for a student or school assignment, make sure it’s the version they need. Otherwise, it’s a good, affordable copy of Frankenstein.

Granddaughter loves the classics
My granddaughter loved it. Just having the book in her hands was so important to her versus an ebook. She really loves how the information was. But I think some of the classics use words and terms that are atypical these days

Adorei a edição!!

A Much Loved Part Of My Favourite Gothic Horror Trilogy
I purchased this item to replace my old much loved and battered copy that was lost in a recent move. The story is one of three gothic horror novels that I love. Dracula and The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll And Mr Hyde (which I'm currently reading). We all know the basic story of Frankenstein, probably due to watching movies, but the book is far more indepth, naturally. I like the pace of the story (though some people have told me they find it slow in places, but I can't agree) and much like Dracula and Dr Jekyll, no matter how many times I read the story I'm always hooked from the very first line. There is something nice about reading a genuinely disturbing and unsettling story without having to rely on typical blood and gore. I think though this is a book that you'll either really enjoy or struggle to get into. But if do struggle, stick with it. It's well worth it.
