... few days after I got it and was very pleased with it
Used it on a 800 mile round trip just a few days after I got it and was very pleased with it. I attend model meets around the east part of the country and this allows carrying the fuel supplied outside the van and eliminates fuel smells from inside making travel much more pleasant.

500lbs in a perfect world
Photo shows the max capability I'd ever be comfortable with. Drove from FL to VA. Cross brace straps added stability but there still was plenty of flex. Had to add plywood for kickstand/point loads. For reference that scooter weighs 180lbs.Assembly was a bit of a pain, but with the right tools it's not too bad.Scrapped it a few times on curbs/ exiting gas stations. Held up okay. But definitely not 500lbs.

Not for me
Would probably be good for a car with a higher hitch. On my 2011 Nissan Versa Hatchback it hung too long to the ground for me to go up and down driveways. That and it was missing a few part when it came, but nothing I couldn't replace from home depot or lowes.

Fit both of our coolers easily!

Poor quality
Poor quality. Does not hold much weight. Starts to flex and bend with 250lbs on it. I don't recommend this product.

Three Stars
Good for the price but mine is already sagging after one trip.
