Better coffee
I was suspicious of this product. I'd previously used a vinegar rinse and also, the expensive product from Keurig on my coffee maker and didn't notice any difference. I had never heard of this, but it was mentioned by America's Test Kitchen, so I tried it and surprisingly, my coffee was noticeably better. It seems to make lots of suds, so after a couple of rinses, I removed the water dispenser and rinsed it out and then did one more rinse and I'm happy with the outcome.I do wish the directions were better. I decided to look at the customer reviews on Amazon and the videos were very helpful and I recommend that you watch those to get better instructions.

Best cleaner for coffee makers
I have been using this product for years. I have tried other coffee maker cleaners but Urnex is my favorite. The coffee maker brews hotter coffee and faster after cleaning and I have a thermal carafe that looks new.Would totally recommend this product.
