They don't seem to glow. We've put them in full sun, left the light on. No glowing

Very cute but don't stick well
I bought these to put in my twins dino themed nursery. They are very cute but not worth it. They take a lot of light to 'charge'. They also don't stick very well. I made sure the wall and my hands were clean before applying. They've been up for about a week and they keep lifting and a few have fallen off and needed to be put back up.

Arrived in horrible condition
The stickers came in bent and corners of stickers were coming up.
