Hi Mary – thanks for getting in touch. Apply one capsule on cleansed skin, per night. Twist or snip capsule neck and dispense serum onto fingertip. With your ring finger - apply in a counter-clockwise direction, gently patting under and around the eye area. Do not apply directly onto eyelids. Avoid contact with eyes.
