It connects to your standard threaded water lines. Get a base plate if you have a three hole sink. We are happy with this faucet. Would buy again.

How is the water pressure?

Our water pressure was not the best. We installed the Vespa Home and now we have serious water pressure. It took us a short time for us to get used to having so much pressure. Best faucet we have ever used.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the face plate?

9-3/4" long X 2-1/4" wide Plate is a long oval shape and dimensions given are from the longest and widest points.
