Equinox Botanicals: Golden Salve with Propolis, 1 oz

I remember how it was before and how it smelled but now with the propolis added the consistency isn't as smooth, doesn't smell the same and it's a medium brown instead of yellow.

This salve is so healing! We use it for cuts, bruises, wounds - anything involving skin. Great stuff!

I have been using Golden Salve for over 20 years and it still works great on cuts and burns - way better than Neosporin.

I found a couple jars of Golden Salve in my mother's house when we were cleaning it out, and brought them home. This is a really nice salve with propolis. It is antiseptic and promotes healing. I have used it on my face, hands and on skin irritations and inflammations. It has a beautiful feel and I love the scent. It's a rich golden color that doesn't really stain the skin, but I would be careful around a white blouse or something like that, and might cover with a bandage to avoid staining clothing. I have made some nice salves, but this one is special. I bought some more when I used up what I had, and now am glad to see that Amazon has it in a larger 2 oz jar on Prime. This is good for your medicine cabinet, first aid kit, travel or camping. I highly recommend it.

I have only high praise for this excellent ointment; I've bought it several times now over the years and I come back to it again and again because it works so well for so many issues. I've used it for some mysterious itchiness that seems to bother my nose/face every once in a while, and this ointment calms down the itchiness and discomfort within 2 minutes literally. I've used also other ointments with good success, but not as quick results as this one. Also, I've used this ointment for occasional vaginal irritations with excellent results. Mosquito itchiness goes away within 2 to 3 minutes as well. This ointment is a must have at home for all around purposes! Thank you very much for such good ointment! :)

I discovered Golden Salve years ago after a fire ant incident, and considered it a must have item ever since. I'm so glad we can still get it on Amazon, I got a fresh jar not to long ago. I was just out in the garden and got stung by a bee, after pulling the stinger out I headed for the kitchen and my Golden Salve (I keep it in the fridge cause it gets so hot here). By the time I got in the house it hurt like heck. I rubbed some salve on it and within 5 minutes I forgot I had gotten stung.

I have axima on both of my hands. I was using steroid cream for 2 months, it never quite went away. I thought I would give this a try. The excema is better than when I was using the steroids! I love it! It still has not gone away, but this is been the best thing I've tried so far. A friend of mine used it on his psoriasis, he thought he also saw Improvement! It does have a mild beeswax smell, not bad at all. It leaves my skin looking a little glossy, but absorbed after sometime. I love it and will continue to use it!

Works well ..had skin irritation that wouldn't go away 4months &now healed from this salve in few days time ..now I'm putting it on everything.. Good stuff
