So easy to assemble and use. You need a tiny amount of chips to smoke one cocktail. Don't overload the machine with too much wood chips. Very easy to clean. Smoking cocktails is all about experimenting. Smoking the glass before pouring the cocktail, smoking the cocktail in the glass, how much time you should leave the smoke trapped in the glass before you serve the cocktail. There's a lot of information on youtube. The possibilities are endless. I crushed some cinnamon sticks and used some chips on the machine. It was amazing.

This thing is great! I used it last night upon delivery to make my mom and I Smoked Manhattan's and they were amazing! This definitely takes your craft cocktail up a notch. It tasted just like the one I had at a fancy restaurant for $15 a drink. Can't beat the price and the included sampler of wood chips was awesome! The only thing I can't speak on is whether or not it will last- only time will show me that. I plan to smoke an Old Fashioned tonight ;)

I put the hose on the smoker and it keeps wanting to slide off, no big deal just push it back on. Also, some of the smoke comes out of the hole in the front so I had to put my finger over the hole. Once it gets up and running it's great. I used the apple and cherry woods (separately) to make a couple of old fashions and they were awesome.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for one of my closest friends. It was perfect and he absolutely loved it. It's super easy to use and I was impressed with the different varieties of wood chips that were included, especially pear. I expected to see traditional woods like oak, cherry and apple and was pleasantly surprised to see pear. I also love that there is an optional dome available so that you can also smoke food.

Very impressed by the quality of the smoked old fashioned that this smoker smokes. I recommend buying additional covers. This way you can make multiple cocktails at once and cover each to hold in the smoke.

Best gift ever for my husband. Our favorite drink is an Old Fashion..this just takes it to the next level! Still haven’t used it to smoke a steak but will try! Plus that we can take it anywhere, friends always ask us to bring our smoker for drinks 👍🏻

I used it to smoke a small amount of cod for a seafood chowder. It worked well.
