These bars are big, meant for the professional athlete, and are quite heavy when you look at the fat content. They are filling, so I cut them in half and pair it with milk, and save the second part for the next workout; this also saves money considering how protein bars and powders keep going up in price.

Higher calorie protein bar, but the taste is totally worth it. These bars actually are fulfilling. They satisfy your sweet tooth, but also end your hunger cravings. I struggle with getting protein so I need something “snacky” to help me meet my goals. I have major texture issues and most protein are too slimy, dry or mushy. This is like a rice krispy texture dipped in chocolate. Highly recommend!

I think they make me constipated. Carmel flavor is much better and the texture is less gritty.
