Product is OK. Pieces are a bit flimsy and some were damaged; one of the tops was received broken/unusable and a second one had small cracks in the center. I don't think I will use these in the freezer, I think that cold will make them brittle and more likely to break.

Amazingly flimsy plastic and came with a lid cracked. Whenever I use these, take a lid off, clean them, etc. I'm afraid I'm going to crack the plastic. It's very thin and not at all durable.

To help keep me organized, and to minimize mistakes during the morning rush out of the door, I decided to order a few different styles of meal containers by PakOne. They seemed like a clever way to help me keep track of the meals and also keep everything well protected and easy to transport. One of the meal container styles that I ordered was the “28 Ounce Bento Lunch Box Set.”This meal container set is ideal for smaller lunches, when you are on a diet or simply a light eater. It is ideal for someone interested in portion control. The lids seal airtight, as I have found with all PakOne meal containers. They do not drip or pop off like many of the cheap containers I get with Chinese food do. The food is much better protected in these containers than in several other brands that I have tried.I really like that these containers are dishwasher safe and microwave safe as well. I do not have to worry about the plastic melting and contaminating my food since they are BPA free and they can tolerate temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. That makes me feel safe for myself and for my family.Another aspect about these meal containers that I really appreciate is the fact that they are stackable and easy to store without taking up too much space. I can reuse them again and again, and their quality holds up nicely. This was important to me because I don't want to add too much waste into our landfills. The quality of these containers is better than many others, and I believe they will last me and my family for many years to come. I am pleased with them. My expectations have been met. I have several of these set now. They hold up really well in the microwave and the dishwasher. They have never leaked in my boyfriends lunch box. I prep food a week in advance and the food stays fresh and moist. They're BPA free, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. They do give off an unpleasant smell when you first open them. An oil/plastic smell that goes away after the first wash. I've not noticed the smell in subsequent washes. If you happen to leave a lid or a dish a little bent or crooked, they take on that shape. They will return to their original shape during the next wash but it's easier to not to let it happen. These storage containers are very nice and sturdy.I am very happy with the amount that they hold.They are perfect for salads,leftovers,sandwich and chips.The lid actually snaps on the container so everything is fresh when you go to eat it.They are microwave safe and dishwasher safe.They are definitely reusable.Perfect for the summer coming up.Trips to the beach and lake and protects your food from flies and sand.Our little league baseball season is starting so these containers will be A huge help.Plus if you are on a diet you can use these to measure out your food.I think the amount they hold are perfect.I am also using these containers to hold left overs.They do not have a plastic smell to them which is very nice.They hold up very nicely in my husbands work cooler,I just packed his lunch and he loved it because I could put his food in different containers.I am a very pleased customer.Thank you so much for the discount for my honest opinion.

Nice set of bento lunch box containers. These are kindof the same thing we get from a local restaurant and I always save them when we order food. I love having this set so if I have company over, they can take home some leftovers. Sometimes i send my hubby to work with his lunch in these too. Nice and sturdy. I wash them by hand not in the dishwasher even though they say they are dishwasher safe. The covers close very nice so it gives them a good seal when storing food in the fridge. Nice set if you are looking for something to use for leftovers, work or school lunches or for giving to people to use for taking home food.I received this at a discount for my honest and unbiased review. Easy packing lunch boxes. They are no dividers so it's not super neat. Great for microwaving and it is dishwasher safe.I would recommend this for cold food. It does not insulate however. I find it great for storing fruits and vegetable.
