Do not buy this. Very bad quality coating

I've been really happy with this stainless steel frying pan. It feels solid, well-made, and heats up evenly, which has made cooking much more enjoyable. Once I learned to preheat it properly and use a little oil, food released easily and cleanup was much easier than I expected. The handle stays comfortable to hold, and the pan has held up well with regular use without warping or discoloring. It's great for everything from eggs and vegetables to searing meat. Overall, it's a high-quality pan that performs exactly as I'd hoped. If you're looking for a durable stainless steel frying pan that should last for years with proper care, I'd definitely recommend this one.

J'ai acheté cette poêle Tramontina Utsava pour faire des dosas et crepes, et elle chauffe super vite sur mon induction. L'antidhesif ceramique marche bien, rien ne colle même avec peu d'huile, et la forme concave aide a etaler la pate facilement. Par contre, la poignée chauffe un peu vite, faudrait un manche plus isolé, et elle est un brin lourde pour la laver tous les jours. J'ai teste avec de la pate a dosa maison, elle glisse parfaite, la surface reste lisse et dorée en 2 minutes, ca sent bon le croustillant sans bruler. Pour les crepes ou rotis, c'est top aussi, la chaleur se repand egal partout grace au tri-ply en acier inox. J'ai fait des uttapams epais, ils cuisent uniform sans coller aux bords. C'est du tri-ply clad avec revetement ceramique sans PTFE PFOA, compatible induction gaz four, et garantie a vie. J'ai lu sur reddit et forums que certains se plaignent de usure du coating vite ou gauchissement si trop chauffe, mais j'ai verifie en testant a feu moyen-longtemps, zero probleme, plat comme neuf apres 10 utilisations. Dans mon renovation de cuisine, ca fit parfait pour cuisiner rapide sain. Facile a netoyer avec eponge douce. Pour le prix autour 50-60$, ca vaut definitivement, surtout si tu fais de la bouffe indienne ou crepes regulierement. Recommander 10000x
