It would help if it came with instructions.
At first it worked great, but after a month, it started acting strange. It lights up blue when it's charging the phone. But, why does it blink blue? There aren't any instructions with the product. It's soooo hard to place it just right on the pad to get it to charge now. I have to spend several minutes putting the phone down then picking it up to reposition it over and over and over again. Sometimes I put the phone on it and it charges/stops charging, charges then stops charging, over and over, beeping each time it starts charging. It's annoying. The phone isn't charging like that. What's wrong, why is it doing that? Instructions would be helpful with a few troubleshooting tips. I would not buy this product again.

Stopped working
Stopped working on second day was so upset I just threw it in trash didn't wanna bother my self sending it back. I'll stick to the real Samsung one 7 months and still works like a charm
