Fox 985-24-029 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP Shock

Best shocks ever, made a great improvement on my f150 much more stable going over rough roads.

Wrong part was shipped, amazon handled the return well.

Fairly easy install on 2015 f150 platinum . This cured the floaty sloppy feel . These definitely tighten up the suspension without making it harsh . I have nothing else to compare these too other than the oem shocks . I probably got a 2.5” lift up front , I would buy these again . I did end up buying 2” rear blocks to help level it out better . 3” block added more rake and made the rear shocks react more violently so I removed and put on 2”, much better ride now .

Selling ONE shock when they are normally sold in pairs. Does not state this is a SINGLE shock on the item's main page. It is unsafe to replace only one shock at a time in most instances and EXTREMELY unsafe to have different types of shocks on either side of vehicle.

I was hesitant to buy because I wanted a smooth factory type ride, not stiff. These shocks are softer than stock for ride quality and sport tuned for handling/off road at the same time without being a stiff ride. It is the best of both worlds! Love them

I am fairly happy with my rear Fox shocks on my 2020 F150. To me ….they were a “good” improvement but…. not a “great” improvement. Are they worth the $600 +?….Time will tell.
