Have been buying these for a while now. They work perfectly, reasonably priced, will be buying again and would definitely recommend.

Very effective, great taste, and best value for your money
Like many folks tend to do, I've never purchased the brand name of filters for various refrigerators as they one can cost upwards up to $75 - $100 for just one filter (depending on where you purchase them). And then they last for around 5-6 months, and you're back to getting more. So in the past (consistently), I've tended to purchase 3rd party applicable refrigerator filters from places like Home Depot and Lowes, spending (typically) $50 to $69 for packages of 2 (and I thought I was getting a deal here). Well, a few weeks ago I need another filter - sigh - but before I went to the typical route of heading over to Home Depot or Lowes, I searched Amazon and came upon this filter set of 4. I couldn't believe the ridiculous low price and initially assumed that this brand probably was pure junk. After all, I thought, how can 4 of these cost such a low price? But then I read the reviews and figured at that low price, why not take a chance. Well, I'm glad that I got these. They function perfectly, are a cinch to install, and the water tastes great. Now I know, on average, that these 4 will last me up to 2 years, and at that low price, this was a pure no-brainer. They also give you month and year stickers to place inside your refrigerator to tell you when it is time to change out your filter. Needless to say, I will continue to buy these from now on as needed. Highly recommended.

Works great, taste good, fits just right in my kitchen aid refrigerator top right inside mount. I'm sure the water comes out pH balanced and free from some impurities but my next step is to make sure it does just that. So I will get some testing supplies to verify and confirm it does eliminate those toxins and gives out a ph balanced water.
