Definitely removes paint

I used Kurd Kutter to remove dried spray paint off our community playground equipment and a warning sign. It took several times spraying and wiping because the paint was on thick but worked and the sign and equipment both look great. It only works on the paint so don’t get it to remove permanent marker. The paint bubbles and curled up which was kind of cool to watch.

It might work great on floors, I wouldn’t know. It doe’s absolutely nothing for latex on brick. I had some white latex paint on the bricks around my pool, I sprayed, let it sit, attempted cleanup with rag. Nothing. Tried again with a stiff scrubbing brush. No change in result. Next was a power brush on a drill, no effect. My pressure washer did nothing after soaking with spray. A wire brush scratched the surface of the paint, but additional attempts still wouldn’t get it off. I went through the entire bottle in a few hours trying everything I could think of. It never helped at all.

I last purchased this from Amazon back in March ‘23. I came back to order it again when I couldn’t find this brand in the big box store. The price is nearly double what it was 6 months ago! I do think it works better than it’s closest competitor (Goof Off) for removing dried latex paint from most surfaces, without the smell. But I’ll wait.

Helped clean paint off of tub and vinyl flooring but had to scrub and use plastic scraper too. Ok but not great.

I dropped white latex gloss paint on dark blue carpet. To avoid spreading the paint around I used a paper towel on top of the spot and soaked it with the spray, left it for 10 minutes then carefully worked from edges to center and it all came up. You can’t see where it was.

I tried this product on latex paint overspray on my vinyl siding. After letting it "sit" on the vinyl siding for ten minutes, it took much elbow-grease(drill with brush attachment and plastic scraper) to just lighten the stained area, much less remove it.
