TYC 2957 Radiator Compatible with 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler

Worked great! Even came with a new cap! When it first arrived, I created a seal using tape and plastic to plug the radiator hose inlets and outlets. Filled the radiator with DISTILLED WATER and let it sit overnight. No leaks whatsoever! All mounts matched up including the A/C lines fit perfectly into their bracket too. All in all great product. A buddy of mine bought the same 1 last year and is still holding up so I have no doubts in this!

Was able to switch out the old one and put this new one without issue. Perfect fit.

Cheap is the way to go with radiators if your engine is good. if you overheat it’s something you did wrong. Had a mishimoto and hated it was happy when it started to leak. I’ve had this TYC in for a year and it’s going strong. My 2008 jk is a racing jeep so weight is paramount. It does seem slightly less effective than the mishimoto maybe? The only real difference is this one works out of the box, mishimoto is shockingly fiddly. The only problem is it seems to have a harder time with air when it’s just been filled. Even with vacuum fill I have to pull over the first time the thermostat opens after filling it up. PS if your second radiator fails in less than 5 years you are driving like a maniac or your body mounts are bad, it’s a very simple device. Ignore reviews from ppl who say it leaked… skill issue

Fit well but only lasted 1.5 years. The price is fair but now I will have to pay double labor to install a replacement. Will look for different product this time.

I bought this to install in my 2011 Jeep Jk to replace one that was leaking from the tank seam. This is a pretty nice radiator, the price was better than one from the dealer and this has been in for about 6 months with no issues. It fit perfectly.

Plastic end tank on my 2010 JKU cracked so I went looking for a replacement. I have plans for my JK since it's getting up in miles that include an engine swap so I was looking for a cheap radiator to get me by for a bit. This one had good reviews so that's what I ordered. It came very well packaged. Good heavy cardboard box with good support for the radiator, and a new radiator cap is included. Installation went fine, the only "issue" I had is there was an extra mounting boss made into the front of the passenger side of this radiator, when compared to the original 2010 radiator I removed. This required a couple of cuts to the rubber piece that goes on the side of the radiator so that it would fit the new radiator. Not a big deal, and I'm sure that is there so it will fit multiple years. Anyway, it's been in for a week with no issues at all so far. I'll update if anything changes.

Holes to mount AC condenser were off just enough to only be able to 3 out of 4 screws in it. Next time will go with full aluminum replacement!!

Got this for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JK 3.8L with a 6 speed manual transmission. The radiator fit great and is still working without issue months later. Mine did NOT come with a radiator cap unlike what some other people have said theirs did.

Worked as it should

the attaching grommets shown in the image were not there ,there was no radiator cap and the barb fitting for the overflow was broken . I had no choice but to remove the old parts from my rad and reuse them. It looks like I got a returned item that was not verified for quality. Once I got the old parts off and installed them on the new rad It worked great. I had to carve the nub where the barb fitting used to be and use a gear clamp to hold it.
