I used these on my sister who naturally had a level 5 base (virgin hair) and I brought it up to a level 9 in ONE process. Her hair wasn't over processed at all and who doesn't love sparkly foils?! Super cute!! 10/10 overall ESPECIALLY when it comes to ripping them!!! Also love how it actually holds the hair IN the foil instead of slipping around.
