Fantastic album. Loved every track

If you are a fan of Texas this album will not dissapointed. As you would expect from Sharleen Spiteri her tones and musicality are there for all to hear and enjoy. A great listen for anyone with an ear for gentle pop/rock music.

I liked the coloured vinyl, not Texas's best album though.

Some of their best work since 'White on Blonde'. The songs veer from the simplistic to the sumptuous and none of them disappoint. There's lots of emotion in the lyrics, and the music flows stylistically from '70s funk-pop, catchy Celtic 'country'-rock with Texas' distinctive slide guitar sound, and '80s-layered back beats. All while retaining a fluidity and smoothness that runs throughout the album.There's no filler here, however the Wu-Tang version of 'Hi' might have been better left to a 'bonus' CD or the download. I would have preferred to have listened to a different (new) track, rather than two versions of essentially the same song.The white vinyl was perfect, with no imperfections and played beautifully. A cracking renaissance album and one of my best vinyl purchases this year. Instead of turning over the record, I was left wanting more.

Estupendo disco

L'album più bello dei Texas (credo che sia anche l'album più bello che abbia mai acquistato).L'ho ascoltato per caso su Spotify... Dovevo avere la versione fisica affinché rimanesse per sempre nella mia collezione.Credo che la traccia più brutta sia il singolo di lancio con quel featuring imbarazzante.. per fortuna hanno inserito la stessa traccia senza la collaborazione.Unica pecca.. nel vinile non sono presenti le bonus tracks.... Appunto per questo motivo ho acquistato anche il CD :DConsigliatissimo.
