I had to get a refund on this sadly simply because my mother deeded me on returning it. Otherwise...THIS STUFF DOES WORK. I AM A LABLE READER. It must tell the strains and how much is in pill of each strain and must have prebiotic fiber! It does stay true to what it says. However if you have a poor diet, a high quality probiotic won't solve your problems. Many complain that the probiotic dosen't do anything, but a magic pill is not the answer. Always combining these with a good diet is always how you UNLOCK THE POTENTIAL of a probiotic. Our diets pretty much determine the health of our bodies.(I am 18,120lbs, height 4'11, I exercise 5 times a week strength training and little cardio, and my diet is high in veggies and fruits and protien and moderate in carbs)PROS-I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT clearing of my ACNE (Flourishing gut flora is the key to clearing your acne, my diet was good but I didn't ingest any probiotic foods simply because I couldn't tolerate dairy and I didn't have access to pure organic probiotic rich foods to purchase)-My vaginal health was great too I wasn't dealing with any odd sensationsand stopped bad smells (Even though I showered twice or once a day!) (Women NEED probiotics for this reason and to avoid yeast infections)-I was able to digest dairy products easier and I was actually resistant to a cold infested child area-Much better moods (Happier more often)-I looked foward to taking my probiotics!-Pill was the perfect size-30 day return policyEXTRAS:While taking this I did ingest a different probiotic when going to sleep as well as drinking a diluted Apple Cider Vinegar drink to get some prebiotics. Research says to NOT TAKE TWO DIFFERENT BRANDS OF PROBIOTICS (Sorry I did it anyways whoops, I was curious on what was going to happen to me and nothing bad did soooo....)I was taking it single for 10 days and did double on the brands for 5 days in total I noticed amazing benefits within those 15 days for my ACNE. I was well used the second brand to put TOPICALLY on my face as a face mask using honey and aloe vera.Acne begins within the gut and that's VERRRYY IMPORTANT however you must make sure you are not using commerical products that ruin your face and causes breakoutsCONS-No 90 day policy-Not FDA REGULATED-Not recommended by a gastroenterologist-Will make you gassy for a while (This passes)-Bloating for a while (This passes)-CAN be a bit pricey (But extremely better than other brands)

I did some research on probiotics. I learned that specific strains are used in research and are identified by specific strain, such as B.Longum Bl-05. Also most of the formulations on the market do not list their strains, and the ones that do are usually double or triple the price.Another interesting bit of information is that the L. gasseri and L. rhamnosus bacterium have been studied as being highly supportive of weight loss when colonized in the body. Most probiotics on the market do not provide the L. gasseri strain, Pro45 contains the L gasseri Lg-36 strain. I located only two other brands, and one had it as a singular strain, the other one of only three strains. This is important as research indicates that a larger variety of strains, such as the eleven in Pro45, is recommended for overall digestion, gastrointestinal support and immune strengthening.Most products contain FOS as a prebiotic, I have read some controversy concerning the efficacy of FOS, though it is commonly added because it is inexpensive and many people recognize it as a common prebiotic. However, from what I have learned, prebiotic fiber forms of prebiotic are a more reliable source of prebiotic. Many high quality probiotics will include a prebiotic fiber in their product and Pro45 has a higher amount than I have seen in my comparison.Pro45 lists the amount of each specific strain on the label. What does this mean to you? Well, if you are looking for additional support to for ongoing yeast infections, for example, you may use Pro45 as internal support, and then add for a short period of time add a probiotic suppository for women. If you want to add additional L-gasseri to help build up this particular bacterium, you could add one of the above described products as a temporary addition. You are able to make these choices based on knowledge of how many billion bacteria of each strain are contained in Pro45, because it is listed on the bottle. Having the specific strains and detailed amounts listed on the bottle is powerful information - the product not only stands alone - but empowers you to customize a probiotic treatment for yourself.One last bit of information, that I found interesting, many probiotics recommend taking the product with or without food, the reasoning behind taking a probiotic with food is so that the capsule is carried through to the intestines by the contents of the stomach (food). This would indicate that the manufacturer does not believe their transport or encapsulation process will stand on its own to deliver the contents into the smaller intestine. Livewell Pro45 suggests to take it on an empty stomach or between meals. This indicates to me that the company feels strongly that their delayed release capsule will effectively arrive where needed.Personally, when I don't have complete information on a supplement I am trying, I will tend to not take it as routinely as needed or recommended, skipping a day or dose here or there. However, when complete information is available- which includes supportive information, such as non-gmo- I feel confident in taking the supplement on a daily basis, without skips. Also, if you are someone who occasionally recommends a great product to others, complete product information and clinical grade quality add strength to the recommendation.

I've tried a lot of probiotics but this one seems to actually do something. I can't really put my finger on it, but I think I feel better. Probiotics were recommended to me by my doctor after abdominal/esophageal surgery. These did seem to settle things down possibly faster than they would have without them. My ONE complaint, is that in the last bottle I bought, there was one completely empty capsule. The capsule itself is transparent, and you can see a kind of beige powder in them. Well, this one was simply an empty capsule. No biggie except at $35/bottle and $1.16/dose, I'd really like ALL 30 capsules [not 29].

Pro 45 Probiotic. I researched very well for Probiotics and I found this the best choice. My PCP at the time wanted me to go to Gastroenterology since I was having bowels problems for quite some time and would not go away.I researched, got Pro 45 and END OF STORY! Bowel problems solved. In addition I'm integrating probiotics in my system which is absolutely essential. The immune system is in your Gut! I recommend it all the time in every occasion presented.After posting this, I learned about another two reviewers that had a problem about constipation and bloating.I did a little research and apparently it has to do with the person. In this case, since I don't see any allergens in this product, most likely has to do with a smaller amount and then increase. This is not possible with this pill.It's wonderful for me not to have to take two a day as other products and like so other products are more expensive because you have to multiply by two each of the price of other products that has 2 servings.So, I suggest to get another one, not as powerful, just for a while until your body tolerates it and then come back to Pro 45. Why bother you might ask? Well, the reason why I like Pro 45 is because they use only clinically studies strains. In research, this is extremely important and they amount of strains as well. Write to LiveWell and ask what is the importance of those particular strains, what those strains can do for you. I should mention that I drink a lot of water, especially because I have allergies and it helps dilute the post nasal drip. However, you don't have to drink 100 oz of water every day but at least 20 oz of water with every meal or 60 oz through the day.I fill an empty Gatorade bottle with water for every meal; that's the best way to know how much I drink. I guarantee you that you will not be constipated. I hope this helps

I have been dealing with stomach issues since I was 16yrs old, I am now 27. Within the past 6yrs my stomach issues have become worse. I have had for a month straight only saltine crackers, sprite and water to feed myself because anything else went through my system in a matter of minutes. Last year, 2017, I had severe stomach pains and extreme nausea. I went to the ER not once but 4times for my issues. I was diagnosed with a rare disorder. Called epiploic appendagitis. I lost 20lbs in literally 7 days. It took about a year for me to recover. I was still on a probiotic that I had been on for years. But I new it had stopped really helping me. I came across an article about the top 10 probiotics and prebiotics. I couldn’t afford the first one. But this one was in a range I could afford. I ordered it because I was having issues eating anything again. I was eating sprite, water and saltines. Gets annoying and boring fast. I started it and within the first week, oh my god, I felt so good. My stomach wasn’t giving me pain problems or diarrhea or constipation. The worse issue I had was gas. Which I will totally take over the hell I had been living. I have cried over this probiotic/prebiotic formula because I can finally eat!!! I have to limit certain things of course. But that’s definitely fine with me.I can not express how much this medicine has helped me!!!LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼It has also helped my vagina smell better more often than it used it.I can finally digest food!! I think this product is working well. We have used probiotics for years and I switched to this because of price. So far we haven’t noticed a change which tells me that it’s probably working since we didn’t see any hiccups when we changed to this product. The only thing I am not happy about is, we are now on our 2nd bottle and both times the “freshness seal” hasn’t been attached to the bottle. The first time, when we took the lid off, the seal was folded in half a glued like that. I know things like this happen. The bottle still had the plastic seal on the outside so we used it and didn’t have a problem. The bottle I opened today, had the seal completely pushed into the bottle and not sealed at all. Again, the seal on the outside of the bottle was fine so we’ll probably use it, but it makes me wonder how fresh and effective this product is if the freshness seals aren’t actually sealed. At $35, I would hope that it’s fresh and still an active probiotic.

We have been very happy with the yogurt produced by culturing this product. Using different procedures and fermentation times, the yogurt not only tastes good, but also greatly helps the digestion.

I had to write a review for this product because I was a skeptical about using a probiotic. Hopefully this isn't tmi but I'm hoping this will help someone who's reading the reviews having the same issues. I had Cholecystectomy aka gallbladder removed several years ago. After my surgery some months later I noticed my stomach felt bloated and I suffered from excessive flatulence. I literally would pass gas hundreds of time a day and this was very embarrassing. I never had passed gas in front of my husband and now all of a sudden it was a frequent occurrence. I had finally had enough, so I researched for days about which probiotics are best and who are the top brands. During my search this brand kept popping up so I purchased it. I read it can take a couple weeks to start working so I was extremely surprised within two days I was not experiencing any bloating whatsoever. I still have some gas but hardly any, and I haven't even taken this for a month. So if you are thinking about giving it a try you really should it's reasonably price and feeling better is priceless. I've even purchased a bottle for my husband!
