I liked the product.its smooth and glides easily over the lips.pigmentation is also good. Only thing for me is that the color is on a deeper side whereas I was expecting a somewhat brighter pink.

The product is ok to use but it is not long lasting and also I didn't got any sharpener with it. Very disappointing.

I love this lipstick. Looks great on and last almost all day. I gave three stars though cause for the price you don’t get much if your expecting the bottom to screw up for more lipstick think again, once you take the top off what you see is what you get. If you use lipstick on the daily and are on a budget....I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I absolutely love this lipstick! It stays on for hours without fading or cracking. I originally got one in an Ipsy bag and ordered here when it ran out.The order arrived quickly but without the promised sharpener. I reached out to the seller, who apologized and explained the sharpeners were on back order. They promised to send one ASAP. Not only did I receive the sharpener the next week, they also sent another lipstick with it which I thought was super considerate and kind!So the customer service here is absolutely FIVE STARS. The reason for the four star review is that the sharpener itself is garbage. It’s a Hard Candy sharpener and it mutilated my lipstick. Like, half of the lipstick is gone because it tore it up so badly. That’s really disappointing because I was hoping to get my money’s worth out of the product. I’m probably going to try and find a different sharpener that works better because this one just isn’t it.

Got Stephanie Plum in my ipsy subscription and had to buy it again. It's my favorite color and piles on nicely. Only thing I would change is making it moisturizing like some Real Her has. Wish there was more lipstick also. But overall still a great lipstick.

I've been searching for this lip crayon since I received a sample. The day I saw it available through Amazon, I ordered it! It glide's on so smooth, color pigment is beautiful, doesn't leave your lips cracked looking. My only con, it took a month to get delivered, because it's from Germany. So, order 2, believe me it's worth it! I added a picture with a regular size lipstick for size comparison, talk about value!!

This Sugar Matte Lip pencil/color is Devine!! Only problem ? You become addicted to this treasured item and then you can’t find it! The pencil goes on easy and stays from am until you are ready to remove! I only have two colors; but would love more! I tried to order another one and I was SO DISAPPOINTED that it never arrived. Is this pencil being discontinued? I think Amazon should stop selling if they can’t commit to the customer demands…., sorry, so dissatisfied with customer service.
