What can I say? It is a book of exercises. No single book in itself is the total answer to everything. The book is just another piece of my education. I saw this book in a local store and waited until I need a small purchase to total free shipping. I wanted to broaden my workout to confuse my muscles. It gave me what I wanted. It is probably best for someone with weights, dumbbells, cables, Smith, in their basement gym. However, someone with less can still utilize it to a more limited extent. Since this is basically a reference book, I would like a better index. Other than that, it is good.
