VR-BK6 8 GB Digital Voice Recorder MP3 Player Clearance

2017 in 2017 inordered this not expecting much was using it to capture evps and record meetings it is now almost 10 years later 2026 this recorder is still going strong hasnt broken hasnt malfunctioned and is still the longest recording device i have found the battery life is amazing unlike other devices i have found and bought that only last a few hours and has a max recording time of 120 min this one i can record ALL DAY LONG the sound quality isnt the best but its not the worst either its pretty average for being a recorder honestly this is the kinda quality they dont make anymore i also want to point out THE BUTTONS they domt stick jam or break unlike the plastic crap thats sold now adays i cant tell you the amount this record has been through i have a special needs child that has chucked at the wall out the car window and even off a bridge on a fishing trip yes i bring it everywhere cuz ya never know it hasnt broke and atill works just as amazing as the day i bought itvand is still the most reliable recorder i have found in 10 years happy almost 10 years recorder heres to another hopeful 10

DO NOT BUY THIS RECORDER ! This recorder worker great for 2 months and then out of now where the USB jack at the bottom of the recorder broke. For some reason the USB jack got detached from the recorder and was just floating around. I kept it in a very safe and secure place and I always handled it with care seeing as it had all of my class recordings on it. I tried contacting the company and they didn't even bother writing me back. My classmate even bought the same recorder because I told her I loved this one, and her's broke within 2 WEEKS! I thought it was just her's but I guess they are all made out of the same bad quality material. PLEASE do not waste your money on this gimicky product

Horrible. The first night I opened it and charged it up, the charging port inside the recorder was dangling and came out. I couldn't charge it. When Io opened up the recorder to try and fix it, I saw that the port was not even secure. It came right out. Cheap, will never buy from this company again. Didn't get a single use out of this piece of garbage. Edit: They arranged to send me a new one so that I at least got what I paid for. The product is okay.

My husband has just started a course which has complicated lectures so we bought this for him to use and play back in his own time. It comes really well packaged in a cute box, the Voice recorder fits snugly inside a molded plastic which really gives it great protection. Included in the box but hidden away is the usb cord for charging and downloading your recordings and headphones!! Of course the user manual is included as well-of course my husband didn't need that LOL It fits into the palm of your hand and is very very sturdy in my opinion, made really well. It is silvery white in color about 3 inches in length and an inch across, extremely neat. Very easy to use, just press a button and hey presto off you go-it has 8gb of memory, We tried it out and it worked great. I think this will come in very handy for my daughter too for when she is studying, she is a freshman in school and tends to struggle, this will be great memory recall-I know you can use your phone for this nowadays but would you really want your phone filled up with all the information this can store. Update: I received a message about a day after I posted the original review and I really appreciate DENNOV's service. Belinda offered a free replacement very quickly, though I ordered it last Friday (the soonest I was available). I received it today and I am really glad that the replacement works well. Connecting the micro USB to the device still feels stiff at first, but became easier as I have done it more times. Given that my only problem with the recorder was it having trouble transferring files after I inserted the audio cable the second time, I find this a really solid recorder. Now I successfully transferred a file and it sounds really good when I play it on my Mac OS X. Original: I bought this recorder last week to create podcasts and I am amazed with the product when I received it. The microphone can pick up sounds very well and while the audio speaker is not the best, the recorded sound is very clear when I plugged in the headphones. Figuring the functions such as deleting files may be a little confusing because of a small number of buttons, but there are instructions so taking some time to practice with them can help. Unfortunately there is no guidance provided for transferring the recordings onto a computer. There is a micro USB to USB cable provided and once you plug it into the computer, the recorder kind of acts like a flash drive. However, yesterday when I first plugged in the micro USB cable to the recorder, it is very stiff so I cannot get it in without a good amount of force. At first connecting to the computer works but when I tried again, I heard a snapping sound inside the recorder so now the computer has trouble recognizing the recorder more than half the time. This can serve as a huge problem since with the recorder acting as the flash drive, it usually removes itself as soon as I plug it in, and for what I know removing a flash drive before properly ejecting it can damage the flash drive. I may really have to return this product because now the data transfer does not work properly for me. That is a big disappointment for an otherwise excellent recorder. I would say if you get this product, be very careful with inserting the micro USB but finding the right balance between using enough force to get it in and too much force to break it is not easy.

Well, this thing works well. However, the buttons are horrible. The buttons you use the most will break very quickly. Be prepared to open it up and stuff a bit of cardboard behind it. Still works after being rigged up. Company tries to give bad reviewers a $5 refund to improve their review. This is just shameful. Stop trying to use nefarious techniques to convince consumers to buy your problem ridden products. Amazon needs to punish companies like this, because it only hurts the customer!

I ordered this for legal purposes. I use this for all meetings and interactions with certain individuals. I keep it in my pocket and the audio is still heard well. It is better than a phone recorder. I'd recommend this for sure.

DO NOT buy this voice recorder. I bought one for my son who is on an LDS mission. It broke after a few weeks. He is in another state so that makes it difficult to return. I needed to send him another voice recorder and he liked the way this one worked so he asked me to buy the same kind again. Unfortunately I did buy this recorder a second time. It has also stopped working after a few seeks. Piece of junk. Do not waste your money like I did.
