How much weight can these support? I plan to use two for a mug wall that will hang approx 24 mugs.

I don’t know if a true rating has been provided but after using them I would put 25 lbs per bracket as something I would be comfortable with. I think two for your 25 mugs would be sufficient.

What is the thickness of the keyhole area including the body?

Hello, the second photo shows the item sizes, the projection is about 5mm / 0.2” thickness.

I'm doing a wall mount coat rack hanger on some pine boards. How much weight would these hold?

Hello, this hanging bracket itself can holds up to 50kg. But considering other hanging parts (like screws) is needed, normally we recommend 15-20kg/ 33-44lbs per bracket.

What Size of screws are included ?

I am not sure of the size but the product works for me. I make American Flags out of 3/4" plywood. I haven't had a problem with these hangers. The screw is about 1/2" long.
