Kwik Stix NEON Solid Tempera Paint, Super Quick Drying, 6 Pack (TPG-610)

Cannot say enough great things about Kwik Stix! Colors are great, dries super fast, goes in easy-LOVE LOVE LOVE! We haven’t tried this size, the pencil size, and I’d buy the bigger ones for any little artists in heartbeat. We’ve used these for years and give them for gifts often. We have the neon, metallics, and regular colors. Love them all! Highly recommend because they work so well! These are only slightly larger than a marker-great for small hands. One request for kwik stix: please sell sets of the same color. We always run out of blue, red, and black because these are the colors of our son’s teams!

Absolutely AMAZING product! I cannot recommend these paint sticks enough. I literally tell every parent that I know about these paint sticks. My son just turned two and he LIVES for these paints. He was falling behind in fine motor skills, because he didn't/couldn't grip crayons or markers due to his sensory processing issues. On a whim, I purchased a few of these tempera paint sticks and now he is absolutely addicted. We even ended up purchasing an art easel for his second birthday and he spends at least an hour each day returning to the easel and adding more paint to his masterpieces. The paint consistency is almost like oil or face paints, which makes for a very smooth stroke upon the paper. We have the standard 12 piece kit, along with the metallic and neon kits. For the most part, each kit has original colors, although a few of them, such as purple and blue, have shades similar to the original 12 piece kit. The paints run smooth on paper and as long as you keep enough paint at the top, the child can paint whatever their heart desires! My favorite thing about these paint sticks is that they are washable-ISH. You can easily remove them from hands if you have a wipe sitting nearby and wipe it off immediately. I'm not sure at what point you can't do this anymore, since my son makes a really big deal about anything on his hands, but you have at least a few minutes to remove without staining. We've also had luck removing the paint from non-porous surfaces, such as his easel and table cloths, but again, we get to the accidental defacement immediately. My son DID accidentally get a line of blue paint on our bed sheets (don't ask) and it didn't immediately come all the way out with gentle scrubbing, although most of it lifted. After a quick toss in our laundry, it was good as new. I can't swear by this for all scenarios, since I went to work on it right away, but I am confident in saying that if you tend to an accident immediately, you should at least be able to remove some of the paint. 10/10 - I would and have HIGHLY recommended these paints to every parent I know

Vibrant colors. Dries quickly! Would absolutely buy again. My daughter has used these often and they still have a lot of paint in the stick.

As described and fun alternative to regular messy paint.

These remind me of a chap stick consistency or a smooth glue stick but it’s a paint! I love the bright colors, smooth drawing and fast drying gel type paint! The kids play with the paints and practice spelling words. It’s super easy to stay clean. No paint messes. Just put the cap on and back in the box for next time! As a parent, I really like these new gel chap stick paints! No messes. Easy to use.

These are black light reactive and are fun to use. They write smoothly. They dry fast and are fun to use. The orange is a little lighter than the other colors, but all of them are bright and work in UV light. Even the blue looks good in black light.

These Kwik Stix are great! When babysitting a 3 year old I pulled them out and she absolutely loved them. The feelings were mutual as I was very happy that I didn't have any cleaning up to worry about because the paint is solid and, they dry in 90 seconds. We did a cute little project using a canvas and some painters tape. I taped the canvas and she went wild using the colors- her favorite was pink, of course. After she was done, I pulled the tape off and wala, a beautiful, bright masterpiece! I definitely 100% recommend these paints to anyone and everyone!

These are awesome! I originally saw them in a classroom for an art project, and fell in love with how quick they dry on paper! They color smoothly applies with no chunking. There is a nice smooth coverage. These are perfect for a kid size hand. They easily wash off after using.
