En lisant quelques commentaires, j'avais peur que la texture soit trop épaisse ou trop collante aux dents. En réalité elle est très fluide comparée à d'autres purée d'amandes que j'ai pu goûter de différentes marques. Je ne comprends pas les critiques. Si vous avez l'habitude d'en consommer, cette purée d'amandes est de très bonne qualité!
