I ordered one with my name which is common and absolutely loved it and I was so pleased to find out they did custom and I was able to order for my sister and daughter whose names are not as common. GORGEOUS ! we all love them they obviously are not real gold BUT they are great quality and they feel sturdy the chain is sturdy the font is so pretty the size is great I would buy again ! The customized took longer for shipping maybe 3 weeks estimate but worth the wait!

I ordered this chain with customized name and a box. It arrived much earlier than expected. The quality of the box is just OK (considering that it cost me $5). But the chain is excellent. The customized name as exactly as I had requested (no mistakes at all). The font and the finish of the name was beautiful and flawless. The chain too is very good. I can't be happier than this.
