Love this product
This product is great!! Not only does it improve my energy level it is Gluten free, vegan, and non-GMONo artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. I like that it has up to 8 cups of Chromium (which you get from broccoli) I believe my levels were low and that is why my energy is up. The best part is that everything in this product is all plant-base, vitamins, and minerals. No hidden bad chemicals. I took some of these products to my kids Dr. to see if I can give to them and how much, she gave me a high-five for thinking of giving my kids a better alternative than the over the counter products with hidden chemicals.

Didn't work for me
I ordered plexus for 3 months. I didn't notice anything. Not sure if it's because I am older but it wasn't something that worked for me.

If you have gut issues or have just come off an antibiotic regimen, this will set you back to normal.
