Using wire for winding audio crossover chokes. I found this to be the best value for the money, and believe me, I searched. Good sturdy wire, handles being wound tightly. Being pure copper,it functions as intended.

Good wire

This enamel wire on the right (air core humbucker), not buswire on the left (air core toroid). Toughest and most flexible enamel I've ever bent. Pliers barely leave a mark. Solder pot couldn't strip it. Wire is wire is wire, but the enamel and temper were just perfect. Can be scraped and sanded to expose copper, losing almost nothing, far less than tinning puts back. Exceeded all expectations.

Used this wire to wind a series filament choke, it works very well. I also purchased the same wire in 18AWG to have both sizes on hand. If I need another size I will buy this brand again.

It's just wire and it worked fine for my app (needed to wind coils for an electromagnet). I was a little surprised at all the kinks in the wire. They weren't visible but I could definitely feel them as I was spooling the wire on the new bobbins for my electromagnet. I ended up needing a second spool and bought another so I was "happy enough" to repurchase the same item from the same vendor!!

I just got around to using this wire and realized it is the exact same thickness as the 14 ga wire I bought previously as measured on digital calipers. So disappointing.

Gut zum wickeln von Transformers usw. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Würde ich wieder kaufen.

This product was flexible enough I was able to have it down in the seams of my hats. The copper in the wire stops the radiation waves from damaging my delicate brain and limits the ability of Siri to read my thoughts. My suggested algorithms advertisements have been much better since I made the change. 5 stars.
