This was a great item to putt in water for some quick energy and hydration. It tasted really good and after you drink it you could feel the effects and your performance would feel it too.

We have a small farm and my husband and I are always working on something. I grab a couple of water bottles and pour one packet in each. Shake and we are ready to get energized!!

I send this to my son in Florida as he gets very de-hydrated. It works very well for him..

I've been watching the price of Pedialyte go up and up and you can read all the stuff goes into it. Boogie had been talking about it a lot so I bought a bag. Then the immune support (while sick and this stuff WORKS!) And now 2 more bags. What sold it was my Husband. He didn't like the Pedialyte but he loves this Liquid IV. Please don't sell out like so many non GMO natural suppliers do. This is THE GOOD STUFF!

Used one of these packets when on the verge of passing out from heatstroke, and did what it was supposed to, quickly helping with rehydration. Good price compared to smaller packs I've seen for sale.

Tastes great and doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste like some others we’ve tried. Really does the trick to rehydrate after the gym and is also really helpful to recover from a fun night out. 😀
