Pretty good at day two once a day
Works pretty good at day two, once a day, urine is dark at first signaling dehydration. But I drank normally and next one was lighter. It is pretty good so far. I also had a couple glasses of milk in the morning because I was very thirsty, more thirsty than usual. That means it’s working but still need more time to get to a state where I see muscle definition.

Do not buy, totally not satisfied
Don’t waste your money! Did not notice anything at all. No drier look, no increased urination to get rid of water. I mean if you don’t pee more, how can you get the water retention off? Don’t buy.

Unsure if it works; side effects due to juniper berry extract!
I am in the process of using the product. I'm not certain, but it looks like it helps a little. However, I had to pause for two weeks because I developed a skin reaction which is likely due to the Juniper berry extract (something I did not even know I would affect me). Due to this, I strongly do not recommend the "recommended dosage." I'm going to test 1 capsule every other day, but if the reaction comes back I'll have to stop. Please be careful.

Does what it says it does!
Make sure you drink lots of water while taking! I only use occassionally, am not a body builder; just a woman in need of a little help sometimes! (I live at the beach). Still feel hydrated when taking but O boy do I pee a lot!!! Great product for water retention.
