Does what it says it does!
Make sure you drink lots of water while taking! I only use occassionally, am not a body builder; just a woman in need of a little help sometimes! (I live at the beach). Still feel hydrated when taking but O boy do I pee a lot!!! Great product for water retention.

It gets you dry!
I used Super Dry for a bodybuilding competition this weekend. It definitely helped me get dry for the show. It was like the icing on the cake! Definitely helped me get #3D! 💪 Definitely loved Super Dry and recommend it to any competitors needing a little extra help to get dry for a competition.

Kinda Works - better products exist.
I kind of draws our water, not a lot. I am a bodybuilder and I have used this for a show and noticed the same thing - it takes off about 1lb of water. I drunkk a lot, and I mean a lot of water - at least 1 gallon per day. I eat clean and follow my plan, it just doesn’t work well. Xpel is the best diuretic you can get in my opinion; it works every time. I went with this product as it would arrive sooner and it was just a waste of money. Xpel takes off about 3lb in water compared to this product which resulted in about 1lb off with the same frequency of intake. Xpel is also cheaper - save your money, skip this and use xpel.
