I bought this for my nephew who’s very serious about boxing! He wanted to learn good hand movements. He taughtme one that helped with strengthening your fingerss- he loves this book!

Great book! But a horrible digital transfer. Pages are missing and multiple flips in orientation.

I hope you read the reviews first, I sure didn't, bought the kindle edition for tablet and phone and the book is unreadable. The pages are either upside down or sideways, and when tablet is adjusted for book, the kindle book continues to be disarranged.

It is pretty much unreadable due to formatting issues. I am not commenting on the quality of the book itself because I could not read it.

Can not read, looks really good but pages are all upside down or sideways, the ditital download is a mess unless you can read upsidedown ,bummmmed
