Stampo Per Arancini Siciliani Rice And Meat And Vegetable Roll Mold rice ball maker

I ended up getting two coned shaped rice makers instead of one round and one cone. Also the product was from CHINA and not Italy as stated when I bought it. Very disappointed

I purchased the original item made in Sicily while I was in Italy. Since I add cheese and other ingredients to my rice, it was difficult getting the formed rice out of the mold. What I did was dip my finger in the oil I was going to use for frying, then quickly swirled my finger around the inside of the base of the Arancinotto. I then added the rice and completed the rest of the process and when I turned the mold over, the arancino slid right out in perfect form.I have been making arancini by hand and recently made some with ricotta and mozzarella filling. Those are difficult to make because of the soft texture of the filling. However with arancinotto, they are very easy to make.Now, I really look forward to making arancini more often since it is so much easier this way.Anthony from NJ

I love this! I have made arancini a by hand several times. This is so easy and quick. I used plastic wrap in mine to make sure they would come out of the mold easily and they did. I made 24 I no time. Perfect.
