Q: How long do they take to dry (when hung?)

I ran these through a delicate wash cycle, then hung to dry overnight, and they were always ready to use again the next morning.

Q: My son is 20 months old. Is this true to size? Not sure if I should get the 6-24 or jump to the 2-4 yo?

Go 2-4 years. My grandson will be 2 in a few months and it fits him good. He's talk too.

Q: What's the size difference between the Small and Large? The image shows the same size for both.

The ones that the strap wraps around the back are smaller

Q: Do these contain flame retardants? Are they tested for those?

My best guess would be no. I can’t say for sure and there is none of that information in the product description. The material feels a little like “plastic-y” fabric with the polyurethane backing to make it waterproof. I imagine if these were on or near fire they would melt. Hope this helps!
