It's a ACOG. The glass clarity is amazing!!! Solid as a rock. And yes, the scope does come with the mount in the pictures. AI says it doesn't come with a mount, but it does. Awesome product

Solid, Well Engineered Optic
Very nice construction, great glass clarity, easy to use and clean reticle, reticle illumination is very nice and the front blade of the back up iron sights is illuminated as well (to my surprise), adjustments are easy and solid, covers are handy because they are tethered to the body of the unit, chute at the bottom of the unit to still be able to use iron sights when mounted on a carry handle. It sits far enough back that the weight is masked as it improves the balance of the system for me. Only thing I didn't like are the thumb screws (not good luck with them on other brands in the past) so easy swapped the thumb screw mount for a LaRue LT100 QD mount shown in the pictures. With either mount its a very simple and installation takes just a moment. Overall very well thought out, engineered, and executed.

Wrong Model and Wrong color
Amazon keep refusing accept return for this item. Wrong model and wrong color sent to me, there’s no serial numbers on the box nor on the acog. Keep telling me to contact the manufacturer and cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations then why Amazon allows to send it to customers.Don’t get me wrong , Trijicon make really good , durable and reliable sights.And I don’t really write review and all but Amazon dropped the ball on this one.Update: two of the representatives finally gave me a run down of what I need to do. Appreciated for the US based supports. I would suggest anyone buying Trijicon acog at local stores to avoid trouble like this.

A long time ago in a country far, far away ....
When I was just a young lad in the Army on my first deployment I found myself with a non magnified optic on my M4. The advantage that a magnified optic brought to a daily patrol can't be under stated. The iron sights on top were crude but they served just fine for those instances where magnification was a hindrance. Much use did mine see in the remainder of my deployment, alas I made a poor decision and started drinking heavily and sold it to fund my vice. 10/10 would buy again if I needed it.
