Commercials anymore and why you can’t buy in stores. I bought this unit and it stopped working after 3 months. I called No! No! Customer service and they would not warranty the device because I did not buy from them directly. So I bought another No! No! Directly through them and again it stopped working after 3 months. I filed a claim and got a new replacement and that once again stopped working after a few months. I called customer service again and they refused to warranty their product because it was more than 1 year since the first one I bought. I had a No! No! years ago and it worked great. But the quality has greatly decreased since then. The thermal tips don’t last long and the buffer pads are not as coarse as they use to be.
