Whoever sold the phone didn't reset it and when doing our comparison of the phone no one said anything about the Hydro Wave has NO MASTER RESET(it does now because of a system update but you can't update..if you can't get into the phone!).IF YOU FORGET YOUR PASSWORD AND FOR SOME REASON CANNOT INPUT THE EMAIL ATTACHED TO THE LOCK SCREEN..YOU'RE SCREWED! T-Mobile even admitted on their online troubleshooting that "There is NO master reset for the device." On any network! It was a "security" feature so even if stolen the phone CAN'T be used if the person doesn't know your personal lock screen code! ### ⭐ You can't switch to this phone in Oklahome if you want to keep your current phone number *by D***M on Reviewed in the United States on August 24, 2018* I purchased this phone twice & actually sent it back both times D/T unable to switch my husbands current Metro PCS phone number to this new phone.
