Nice product but brightness is for only very small studio.

I wanted to buy a good branded ring light & after watching & reading so many reviews I finally ordered this octova 1 There is no doubt that I’m loving this product it’s a good quality plastic, but its made in China* & lights are really very nice. It lights up the whole room & gives you the feel like your own studio I bought it with the mirror but I find it useless don’t buy it with mirror. The stand is very heavy, sturdy & good quality. The bags are good but looks very cheap😅 I bought this for photography. Im a makeup artist on Instagram i post makeup related photos on @beautybonzaaaIt cost me 9,999₹ but I think it could be cheaper than this. I can see the glue on the stand otherwise everything is very good. If you’re fine with the price Go for this If you really want a good quality. Good for videography too👍🏻

The light is easy to use overall, but it's difficult to fit a dslr since the holder is too close to the knobs and you can't rotate it to mount. Also, the dslr mount screw isn't a part of the package so that's an additional ₹150-200 cost. The phone mount is given with this light so that's not a problem.It's a great light, with easy to use switches but the low intensity brightness is too soft and not very usable. However for general videos or YouTube, this should do the trick .The tripod is stellar, very steady and can be adjusted at any level. It opens up to a very tall height, maybe around 6'. This is a very impressive feature.The seller is very proactive and extremely helpful. He was available for queries and also helped with the delivery of the package since DTDC couldn't reach me on call. Great customer service, proactive and accessible seller team. Five stars for this experience.

Below was my issue with the product and immediately I received a call from the seller and he is replacing the damaged product! Really happy with the response ❤️😍Old review-I regret spending 14000 on this product! It said 5600k which is supposed to look like normal day light, but this is nowhere close! Looks worse than a tubelight! Poor quality as well, I put a bulb and due to shifting I had to remove the bulbs and one bulb's upper part came out, the base stuck in there, so that port has become unusable! The softbox doesn't even fit in tight. When I opened the kit, the stands had dust on it, looked like a second hand product! This is very unprofessional and I definitely didn't expect this from a company like Simpex!

I received mine without any sort of manual. How am I to know how to assemble it. It also came missing a screw which is shown in the picture. I got in touch with the dealer and he was very helpful in making sure I receive the part from a third party on amazon. The final product works great but was a bit of hassle and waiting time. I would recommend the product. If any problem the dealer is very helpful to sort out any issues.

I bought this for my youtube channel and the order was delivered from dtdc. The quality of the stands is good and it came with 8 Phillips 20w bulbs which get quite bright. the lights have little magenta shift but I can't complain much. for budget buyers this is very good quality.my order did not come with the diffuser clothes which was strange so I contacted the seller and he was very cordial and provided me with the diffuser clothes the very next day and responded to my message instantly which is commendable.however, the softbox should have a secondary layer of diffuser to provide better control over harshness which is missing in this product so keep that in mind otherwise excellent for this price point.

Everything is fine but cost is high. It should cost around 7 to 8k. If you buy parts seperately then you should get it at this price.
