What are the physical dimensions?

I would not recommend this pump I had it in my pond for less than a month and it no longer works. The flow rate started dropping from the time I turned it on all the filters were clean so it wasn't because it got clogged up.

Do I also need a areator if I'm having fish in the pond?

it depends on your pond size and fish quantity. also if you have fountain or waterfall, most likely you don't need a pond aerator.
