The heating tape started to have gaps where it wouldn’t seal. I’d seal the bags over and over and turning them. Finally I decided to get a new Food Saver. But I looked up this tape and my husband installed it. I think he might’ve looked at a You Tube. My Food Saver works good as new! I think you need to be careful cleaning the surface before reinstalling the tape and make sure you have even pressure to get all the bubbles out. But do get this tape if you’re having sealing issues.
