Earthing Elite Mattress Cover Kit (King Size), Clint Ober's Earthing Products, Grounding Mat for Bed

For those of us tied to a desk who don't get enough outdoor time, this little mat is a good way to get some grounding in. The set came in a nice package with the grounding book and the tester to test for proper wiring of your electrical outlets. The mat itself is a thin sheet of vinyl-feeling material which wraps around the mattress with elastic corner straps. The instructions indicate the best results are achieved when sleeping in full contact (nude) with the mat but that it may be placed under the fitted sheet, preferably a natural fabric. Cleaning is via wiping with a damp cloth. I've used it several nights now and have noticed, like another commenter, that I am having consistent dreams whereas I never had dreams (that I was aware of) before. I got this for overall benefit and especially for assistance with poor circulation. I don't have any way of knowing if it's helping with circulation, but my lower legs do feel less tender where the blood typically accumulates. I don't find any discomfort sleeping directly on the mat or get awakened by any noises from it. It can be a little startling when first laying down as the material can feel a little chilly until it warms up. I give it five stars, but do propose that the vendor offer some way to test the mat itself for functionality as there's no way to ensure the product is working properly now or over time.

Before getting this pad, I had not had 8 hours of continual sleep in many years. I'd either wake up around 4AM for no reason, or just toss & turn for a few hours before finally dozing off. I also was never able to sleep in past 7AM no matter how tired I actually was. I tried light-blocking curtains, fans, noise makers, blue light blockers, hundreds of dollars in different pillows (My Pillow and Pillow Cube are the best by far for me). Melatonin and other sleep supplements helped a little, but no matter what, I'd wake up feeling stiff and achy. After using this pad for 2 weeks, I just woke up after sleeping for NINE hours straight! It's an absolute miracle! I haven't felt this energized in the morning for so long! I tried sleeping directly on the pad as well as putting it under the fitted sheet. Directly on the pad did not work for me at all. It was like sleeping on a plastic tarp. So I highly recommend putting the fitted sheet over it. Even with the sheet, it will feel a little odd at first, but you get used to it. I learned about Earthing/Grounding watching Gary Brecka on Joe Rogan. I highly recommend watching that discussion and doing as many things as possible as Gary recommends. I also do cold therapy, drink some hydrogen water, and walk on bare grass when I can. All those things are great, but without a good night's sleep, they wouldn't be that useful. This pad really changed my sleep and my life. I highly recommend it.

Life changing! This grounding mat has been a complete game changer for my husband and I. We ordered the king size after I got a single size for myself and he kept stealing it. After a year of using it, here are my thoughts. Pros: My husband sleeps much more soundly and deeply. We both wake up pain free most days after years of struggling with inflammation and back problems. Other than the occasional injury or flare up, we never have pain in the mornings. Cons: Not the most comfortable to sleep on, but you definitely get used to it. After a few months, I didn’t notice it anymore, and we both agree the benefits of pain relief greatly outweigh the initial adjustment. The biggest con and reason for subtracting a star is that the straps don’t hold up well if you move a lot in your sleep. My husband is an active sleeper and his elastic sides had broken off in less than 6 months. We ended up purchasing some straps to hold it on the bed, but for the price, I would expect it to hold up longer. Notes: If you wake up in pain in the mornings, try this! Give it a solid couple weeks to a month before seeing big results. We take this on vacations with us and regret when we forget it. Many claim to have the same benefits if you put the sheet over top of it. We have ours on top of the fitted sheet because we notice more results that way. Certainly try it both ways to see what you notice. After noticing my 15yo arthritic dog sneaking into my bed more often, we bought him a grounding mat for his crate and have noticed a difference in him as well.

I rarely write reviews. I didn’t experience anything different from my normal insomnia. I am somewhat ashamed that I fell for the hype from someone I know. I tried it under and over the fitted sheet and I felt a heavy sensation. Carrying groceries home could do that but I wasn’t sedated. It was not only useless, but the straps wouldn’t stay on and it had the odor of a vinyl tablecloth. I was afraid that I would damage the grounding wire because the mattress is right up against the wall. I decided to cut my losses very early within the return window. Why not sell a brand of sugar pills called “Placebo”? 😡 There’s probably grounding exercises which can be done inside or outside. Tai Chi would be more beneficial. I had even written separately before the purchase to the Earthing company but they didn’t reply so I thought that the Amazon return policy would mitigate any losses. I wouldn’t have trusted buying it directly from the company itself, but that’s just me. Please learn from my mistake. But wait! There’s more! If you act now, I will sell you a custom built bridge leading nowhere in the middle of a plot of land. Thank you. Be safe and well.

This mat is good and I trust it because it comes from this company (this is the original earthing product I believe). I got a tester for it and it works. Earthing has changed my life for the better. I am a sensitive person who always craves the outdoors and since I became an adult and spent less time outdoors, I began to feel like something was missing I was angry stressed and worn out and depressed and anxious and fatigued. Every day felt like a monumental task. My burnout lasted for many years and I was losing hope for recovery. I bought this product on impulse because I saw it and my body just told me this is what I needed for some reason. I have used it for 3 weeks now and I feel so much better. I have energy like I haven’t had in years. My mood is much better. I have experienced some trauma in the past and I noticed this mat helped calm my nervous system down. I never thought I’d get relief from the aftermath of the trauma I’ve been through, but I think my body just needed to reconnect to the earth. This product is so awesome I want everyone to use it. My stress levels are getting lower and lower by the day. I’m actually enjoying life now. I feel so much more relaxed and I sleep better now. Thank you to Clint Ober for creating this product. This has been a life saver.

I've been trying to fix my sleep for over a year, after getting my sleep tracker. Different mattress, different sheets. Adjusting temperature of my house to see what I like the best. Taking vitamin supplments to see if it'll fix it. This fix my sleep within 1-2 days. My months would average a 60 sleep score. My first month with this I am scoring about 80~ a 20 point increase to my sleep score. First day was a little rough, I had sore muscles all over my body and my GF had flu like symptoms but after 2 days our sleep got better. After a week or so my lower back pain from an old Herniated disk injure is mostly gone. I've been buying my family members mats to help them with their issues and they are reporting similar results now. This is an excellent gift for your family members.

I had no clue that I was getting a book and access to a documentary along with my grounding mat.! How wonderful?! I initially was worried that it would feel like I was sleeping on one of those plastic mattress covers, given the texture of the mat. I must say that it’s a totally different experience. I not only melt onto my bed, but I don’t feel or hear the mat ever, which is a common experience with the mattress covers. This does ground me - an early skeptic - and I’m so grateful for it in my life.

I paid the extra money to have this particular brand. I own PEMF mats and I'm seeing results with that. I have seen NO RESULTS with this bed cover. My husband and I gave it a long go to see if we would feel any different. I am baffled as there are so many testimonies to people raving about their changes and only months after purchase. Am I suppose to have the sheets too to feel anything. I wanted to return this as I paid a lot for a queen but out of luck due to my window period ending January 31st. I will be more careful next time to check when I can return something in the future. I'm truly baffled how this product worked for so many people. I'm disappointed because I really had a lot of faith in this product after watching the video on netflix
