Lovely vanilla flavour. Easy and highly absorbable way of taking these essential vitamins
The importance of Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 has been very well recognised as being an essential part in creating a strong immune system. In the past year many people have been subject to lockdowns and in the northern hemisphere we have gone through winter so that has meant that we have not been able to build up our reserves of Vitamin D3 by going out in the sun.During these difficult times many people have used supplements to ensure that they do not have a deficiency but if you have difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules this highly absorbable liposomal D3 and K2 makes for the perfect and delicious supplement. As it is in liquid form it is 42 times more absorbable, it is always the case that it is not what you take but what you absorb that is important. The recommended dose is 10 ml. I use my baking teaspoon measure which gives me a measure for 5ml. As teaspoons differ in their sizing I don’t know how else I would know if I was getting the right dose. It would have been nice if they provided a measure.One of the ingredients is vanilla which I love so it is a delight for me to take, but if you don’t like it that might be a problem for you.I’m glad that it states that it is gluten free which being a coeliac is very important for me to know. I’m always reassured when products actually state that. It is also GMO free and vegan friendly, excellent. It has a long best before date of June 2022. At the current price of £ 21.99 with free delivery it works out to 87 pence a day which I would certainly buy for the winter months if I found it difficult to swallow tablets or capsules.I had very fast delivery and appropriate packaging.

Quality D3/K2 Liposoma
At around 1000 Iu vitamin D and 200ug vitamin K per 10ml serving and approximately 25 servings in this 250ml bottle this works out tobe fairly good value for liposomal and is a great option if you don;t like taking tablets or want a more effective and fast acting hit of D3 and K2. After reducing my time spent sunbathing or being in the sun without a good strong sun scream on after becoming much more cautious of the sun's less desirable effects in recent years I have been supplementing with vitamin D for a while now as there was a significant drop caused by just how much I used to always be outdoors as well as sunbathing at every opportunity. This led to me researching vitamin D supplements quite thoroughly so I know that vitamin D3 along with K2 is a good supplement for me for helping to regulate my insulin levels and for extra help with bone and teeth health and I'm also confident with what kind of intake is suitable for me.If you've done your research and also know that vitamin D is a good supplement for you too then this bottle is a good option for a more effective and easily absorbed intake.
