I bought this instead of a honey moon for my wedding in 2020. The SB sport boat on the boat is even mine and husband's initials (Shasta and Brandon). We did have an accident with the boat the second summer, when we put the boat in the bed of the truck with side railings in the dark. It tore a big rip in the bottom. The first repair didn't hold up, but still floated 5 of us. We ended up using a rubber lining to patch and has been going ever since. We put a 9.9 mercury, but kind of wished we had gotten a 12 for when we have a boat load and going up current. We did purchace the aluminum bottom. It is 2025 and the boat is still going. We have gotten so much use and enjoyment out of it!

Installation wasn't too bad. Make sure you don't inflate it too much prior to installing the aluminum floor. I bought it to use as a dinghy on a 53' boat and added a 9.9 HP Mercury. Very happy with its performance and carrying capacity. It only comes with one seat, not two like the picture. I'll be ordering the second seat, but I wish I had known that up front so that I could have ordered it with the boat. Update: Been using it for 2 years now and still very happy with it. With the 9.9 HP motor it will do 19 mph. With 2 people 17 mph and with 3 people 15 mph. That is on a normal day with chop. On a calmer day you might gain 1 or 2 mph. With 1 or 2 people it gets on plane pretty fast and stays on easily, with 3 it struggles getting on plane and staying on plane. It can take a 15 HP motor and that probably won't change how fast it gets on plane, but will probably improve the top end a little and help maintain plane easier with 3 people. However, normally you don't max out the HP on these boats. I am happy with the 9.9 HP performance.

Great dinghy boat, my husband and I love it. Got so much space and my husband put some Eva Foam, color gray with black stripes on the aluminium floor and now got this great and more soft look. Using it with a 15hp Suzuki in color white. Look flawless!!!

First time assembly took a while because of the aluminum floor. However once done it is very sturdy and much more secure than an airfloor model. It is easy to row but will not plane with my 4hp out board which is as expected. After the first month here in Florida it has been holding the air very well. I wish they had the second seat still available.

The video link on the instruction manual related to the floor Installation does not match the components in the box.

The boat is very sturdy. Eric is great to work with. We needed to place a small leak and he sent us a video with detailed instructions. I purchased 3 of these boats

I have always had ridged inflatable boats (RIB) but needed a boat that I could pack up and travel with. After doing a lot of research I decided to purchase the 10,8 Killer Whale. I finally got to put it together and get it out on the water the other day and I am very impressed with the quality and the way the boat handles. I had a hard time putting the aluminum floor in the first time because I never did one before so I called the company and within 20 minutes they e mailed me a video on installing the floor. I have a 15 hp motor on it and it planes with 2 people with no problem. I’m so confident in this boat that I’m going to take it out into the ocean and all the places that I would take a RIB. I will write a follow up afterwards.

The wife and I grabbed the dog and tried it out today for the first time... Awsome boat stayed dried, pumped and the aluminum floors are very stable. Bought a ladder to hang of the side wall 270 lbs climbed in NP! can sit on the wall have your legs out in the water enjoy some fishing. If you in the market for a dinghy boat I Definitely recommend this yacht
