Works great for sucking the steam out of the bathroom.
Hot showers, no problem.. no more steamy mirrors and walls. It looks good and appears to be built well, its loud but not that loud for what it can do. Installing was easy the only tricky part was the 6 inch hose as i ran it to the soffit and not up and out of the roof.

Nice exhaust fan
Just what we needed for our new bathroom! It's not loud and seems like a quality exhaust fan. I would recommend this one.

Wonderful costumer service
I had a great experience with kaze, I have bought several bathroom fans 150 CFM, they work great extremely quiet, but with a great capacity. At one point I had a missing grill on one of the fans and contacted the company, they responded fast and sent me a replacement I am extremely satisfied not only with the quality but also the costumer service. Note this 150 CFM fans are pretty big 8 inches depth so you will only be able to install it if you have an attic.

Not a good deal since it's not quiet.
It's loud and is 100% to be installed in the attic. You must upgrade the exhaust pipe to 6 inches. It sits on top of the drywall. Use the template for the hole; everything else sits above the drywall

Very quiet, well made, but make sure you have attic access
Needed to replace a 20+ year-old builder POC that was installed when the house was built. It was half the CFM that the bathroom required, so the Kaze 150 CFM was a much-needed upgrade. Let's start with the good: This unit is super quiet - the only thing you'll hear is the sound of the air moving. Anyone who is indicating otherwise, I'd now be a bit suspicious of. The housing and components seem to be well made, the fan is a well-built squirrel cage, and I can confirm both the mounting wings and the 6" duct vent easily remove and reattach. The wiring house is easy to work with. The cardboard shipping box comes with a template you can use to trace onto your ceiling - to ensure you have the right sized opening in your drywall. The plastic vent cover is oversized compared with the fan box and easily covers any wallboard gaps. Once installed, this unit does it's job, and it does it well. I now experience at least 3/4 less the humidity I had prior. Here's what you need to watch out for - what size is your house's bathroom exhaust ducting? Mine is 3" - so I had to buy a 6" to 3" duct reducer - not a huge deal. Do you have attic access? If you don't - forget about this unit - it's not intended to be installed from within the room below. You cannot attach the wings and the exhaust damper and expect to get the unit through the hole in your ceiling, without enlarging that hole beyond the size of the plastic vent cover. My unit didn't come with wire nuts - not a huge deal for me, but if you don't already have bag full of them in your toolbox, you'll want to order some - you'll need three. There you have it. It's a good unit in my opinion. Good luck!

Works!
This is the third fan I have installed, the other two were different brands/models. This one is way more quiet than the others and pretty simple to install. I did it in less than an hour. I have had it for 3 months and it works like a charm. I have a small bathroom but have two shower heads that are used simultaneously. This fan works amazing!

So quiet you can hardly hear it
Not sure what others who claim this fan is noisy are comparing it to, but I assure you this fan is as quiet as they come. I renovated my master bath and replaced an old VERY noisy fan. The one tip I can provide is to make sure you install it from the top down. I tried to install it from the bathroom up through ceiling and spent hours messing around to make it fit. Once I went through the attic and dropped it in, it literally took minutes. Live and learn! Iโm ordering another for my 2nd bath remodel.

Powerful and Extremely Quiet.
A really, really great bathroom fan: powerful and extremely quiet. ( I had to return it due to my attic location was very near the outside wall and a valley ridge-beam... I just did not to have the room necessary to utilize it.)
