These handles came in quickly and look great. They were a bit difficult to install due to the handle being in the way of the screws, making it hard to use a tool.

I like the look of these handles. I had a job recently which required single cylinder deadbolts on a steel gate frame. I had two issues with these handles #1: I ordered two silver handles, I got one black and one silver. OK, not a huge deal I guess. However, after getting one handle installed into lockbox, I noticed the locking lever mechanism had popped out and was extremely loose. I ended up having to buy two similar handles from Home Depot and they worked out. Still, its disappointing to not only get the wrong order, but also get a product that falls apart before you can install it. I would not recommended this item for any type of exterior use.

Our handle/deadbolt set just came in today and was easily installed in under 30 minutes. It is made of quality materials and feels heavy. The square modern design in matte black was exactly what we were looking for. The set came with 4 keys that were numbered for easy re-keying if necessary. We tried all 4 keys and all worked with ease. Overall a great product at an even better price point.

Let me begin by saying, I would give 4 or 5 stars if you could request identical keys when you order multiple door knobs. The look of the product is great and it seems to function fine. The only real defect I've noticed is the direction of the locking from the inside door handle is sometimes inconsistent between the products, but that's barely even a cosmetic issue.My low rating is due to the extreme difficulty for locksmiths to make the keys consistent between the knobs. I ordered 5 for my house and received 5 different sets of keys, so I needed a locksmith to come and repin the locks to make one key work for all of them. Please note, rekeying was out of the question, since the brass color of the key is unique and needs to be consistent with the rest of the handle / dead bolt (see picture).2 Locksmiths originally quoted me $250 to repin 8 locks (2 to each door less the two locks on the door they were matching), which they expected to take about an hour. After over 4 hours (left after 9pm) and $400 later, they were finally able to succeed with extreme difficulty due to the following issues:1. The number of parts / pieces and difficulty taking everything apart was MUCH more complicated that most other products they'd seen. They showed me and it was performing surgery - there were like 7-8 pieces versus just a few with other main brand products.2. The key #'s were mislabeled and the interior parts were inconsistent in size, causing my highly skilled locksmiths with many years of experience to have to individualize the pins through trial and error to get them to match and work properly with the key.3. The inconsistent sizes of the interior parts also made them springs pop out several times, which caused them to start over.These very persistent locksmiths had two other jobs they had to get to that night and worked right in front of me, showing me all the issues - so I am pretty confident I was not getting taking advantage of here. Here are solutions that would make the product get 5 stars:1. Allow requests for same key sizes in the order - I had ordered several in the same order hoping this would be the case to save money on a locksmith, but I sadly I was wrong.2. Less complicated / consistently sized interior parts3. Accurately labeling the key numbers to make it easy / accurate for locksmiths to re-pin
