This is undoubtedly the best fish oil I have tried. I have tried several of the fish oils recommended on lab door, and this is definitely takes the cake. Before you even purchase a product from Legion Athletics, I recommend you look at their website for each of their products. They go into detail as to why each thing is included in their product- if they couldn't find a reason for it, they wouldn't put it in. They also give references to primary research articles that back up their rational. That might not matter for a lot of people, but it is nice to know they aren't just making things up for the purposes of marketing. That also means that they aren't filling their products up with crap in order to save money. Legion's supplement line is the creation of Mike Matthews who is a best-selling author and creator of muscleforlife.com. His website is indisputably one of the best resources for people looking to get fit. I bought this fish oil because if Mike Matthews is behind it, it has to be good. He is one of the few legit people in the fitness world. Also, no fish burps!

What could possibly be said about a fish oil supplement to garner attention over others? Actually more than I ever thought. I have tried multiple fish oils that included the same ingredients, but always seemed to not have enough of the effective dose range. (Had to Take More) They also cost more when trying to find a great quality reesterified oil and always seem to give you those nasty fish burps. Legion has proven it doesn't have to cost a fortune for the right dosages and has eliminated the fish belching. Great product for heart and health longevity! I see that some have stated these can come broken and smelly inside the bottle. I have ordered on two separate occasions now and I have not experienced any of that. I mean is you open the bottle you can definitely tell it's fish oil, but it is not offensive at all. I highly recommend this product especially if you are a pretty active person in life and/or the gym. The Good: • Easy to swallow • No aftertaste • No fish burps • Helps reduce inflammation after hours at the gym. I get sore less. The Bad: 1. Expensive 2. 2 pills 2x per day.

This is a quality fish oil that you don't have to worry about being rancid. It's not fishy. It just works. I appreciate that Legion goes to great lengths to manufacture high quality products. Which is why I don't understand the branding / labeling. For whatever reason their product labels and color choices remind me of sketchy pro-hormone companies. They are proud of their ingredients, but the black label and tiny fonts don't align well with the effort they put into the product. For comparison, take a look at labels from Jarrow, GAIA Sciences, etc... I would give this product 5 stars if I could read the label.

I love this product. I put it in the fridge for storage and take it at night with my last meal- my nut butter , legion whey , and oat meal. I like that it labels how much EPA and DHA is in it and its a decent amount which is what you want. This product is good for its price as well , Fish Oil can get pricey but its so worth it. MY joints feel better taking it , my HDL and cholesterol improved as I started taking this fish oil .

The product arrived on time and in good condition. I started taking it last week so it is too soon to see the long term results. I can say that, being on a lower fat diet, this really helped my body feel like it was getting more of what it needed since I tend to have dry skin and scalp. There is no nasty fishy aftertaste. And I've heard people talk about how fish oils cause burps that taste disgusting and I haven't experienced that whatsoever. I also really like ordering from Legion. At least 4 of the tablets were split and had leaked in the bottle so all oily and stunk of fish. Binned the whole lot. Luckily Amazon refunded me.
