Can't find my video but I made one on u tube showing how I bought pricy awning for tent/tarp poles that have rubber grips inside to hold a lot of weight. I didn't read the failed reviews. So instead of sending back I bought these, gutted the failed plastic locks and put these snap locks in instead. Those poles will never slip again. Better then new. I have a snow scraper extension pole I have to do the same thing to, and will be buying more of these for sure. A MUST have tool box item.
