As someone with no prior knowledge of Indian fashion, this book is a wonderful primer. It tells the history and depth of Indian fashion through profiles of India’s top fashion designers. It is full of beautiful photographs, and fascinating details. I would definitely recommmend it to anyone interested in not only the fashion, but the modern history of India.
